This one is Lily watching her mobil. The review of the mobil by one mom online said to watch for falling flowers - we found out about this hazard first-hand.

Wedding & Shopping

Last week Lily went on her first "Reese girls" shopping trip. (We say Reese girls, but really it should be the Reese, Fant, Hirscheider, Smith, Camp, Tribble girls + Griffin shopping trip - but who wants to say all that.) We met everyone in Conway and hit all the hot spots before crashing at my aunt Tina's in Greenbrier to recoup before heading back to Little Rock. Many deals were found and a good time was had by all - even Griffin who was taking a nap during this picture, but had been a real trooper all day. 

Lily was pooped and enjoyed a nap on Grana's shoulder.

Last weekend we shared our first family vacation with the Carpenter-Alexander-Smith's. We all headed to Memphis to see mine and Hannah's good friend Meredith Simon tie the knot. The wedding was beautiful, but I must say these three were even prettier (or more handsome in Silas' case). Silas and Tristan were so cute playing with Lily and Silas kept wanting to pat her head when she started to fuss.

A Photo Update

I am going to keep this short and let the pics do the talking. We have had a busy couple of weeks so blogging has been on the back burner. Lily has been quite a handful today, but is asleep at the moment so I am going to try and see what I can get posted before she's up again.

This is my cousin, John Murphy. He and his mom came through to visit and he was a big help with Lily. You can tell she is at ease by the peaceful look on her face. 

On July 4th, we went to Mark and Melea Connetts house. The Connetts have Kinley (the sweet baby below next to Lily) and Lily really enjoyed playing in Kinley's swing. The two babysitters were Addison McKinzie and Ella Tappe. They were so cute with the babies and played with them like they were their dolls. 

On July 5th, we went to our friend, Ben Jones' lake house in Greers Ferry. Lily enjoyed the lake much better than the pool (it was much warmer) and fell asleep in no time while we were bobbing along in the raft.
